These terms govern your use of the Bluman platform and any services you purchase through it.

1. Nature of the platform
Bluman is a technology platform that facilitates professional services rendered by independent, appropriately qualified professionals. Bluman does not itself practise as a firm of Chartered Accountants and does not hold out any professional as its employee unless expressly stated.
2. Scope of engagement
Each service page describes the scope, deliverables, document requirements and turnaround. Work outside the stated scope requires a separate engagement and fee.
3. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely information and documents. Deliverables, filings and opinions are based on the information you supply. Delays or errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Bluman or the assigned professional.
4. Fees and taxes
Listed prices are professional fees. Government fees, portal charges, stamp duty and applicable GST are additional and billed at actuals. Payment is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed.
5. Turnaround
Turnaround estimates begin once all required documents are received and exclude processing time controlled by government departments or portals.
6. AI-generated content
AI features provide preliminary, general guidance only. They do not constitute professional advice and must not be relied on for filings, certifications or legal positions without professional review.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from any engagement is limited to the professional fees paid for that engagement. Bluman is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including penalties arising from information you did not disclose.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
