Engagements are delivered by independent, appropriately qualified professionals — Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and advocates depending on the service. Anything that must legally be certified or attested by a qualified professional is performed or reviewed by one.

The listed price is the professional fee for the stated scope. Government fees, portal charges, stamp duty and applicable taxes are billed at actuals and shown separately before you pay.

Each service lists a turnaround range that starts once we have all required documents. Priority and Concierge packages compress this further. Statutory processing times set by government portals are outside our control and are communicated upfront.

Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored with strict access control and visible only to the professional assigned to your engagement. Documents are never used for any purpose other than delivering your service.

The Copilot gives preliminary guidance based on general rules and the information you share. It is not a substitute for professional advice and must not be relied on for filings, certifications or legal positions. Professional review is available on every service.

Yes. Book a 30 or 60 minute consultation with a qualified professional. If you then purchase a related service within 30 days, the consultation fee is adjusted against it.

Cancellations before work commences are refunded in full, less payment gateway charges. Once work has started, refunds are pro-rated. Government fees already paid are non-refundable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Yes — NRIs and foreign-owned Indian entities are supported for Indian tax, GST and corporate compliance matters. Consultations are conducted over secure video.
